Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-20

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Bixbit AB, a company registered in Sweden (the "Seller", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Bixbit flow service (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Bixbit flow provides tools for CRM, quoting, agreements, e-signatures, team collaboration, and related business workflows. Features may evolve over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

5. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

Bixbit AB and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.

7. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy applies in addition.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. The courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
