Bixbit AB offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases of Bixbit flow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at support@bixbit.se and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically issue a refund for past periods; use the process above to request one.
